Susan Duffy is a business growth strategist who partners with founders, investors, and leadership teams at moments of growth, transition, and strategic inflection—translating vision into commercially viable strategy, building trust among senior stakeholders, and identifying the strategic levers that meaningfully change a company’s trajectory.

Over the past 15+ years, Susan has led growth strategy, business development, and partnership initiatives for global brands and founder-led ventures across luxury, lifestyle, and human-centered businesses, with a growing focus on wellness, longevity, and transformative experiences. She is often brought in to help bring high-impact partnerships to life, aligning stakeholders and turning opportunity into tangible growth.

She is the creator of Roadmap, a training and growth platform designed to professionalize and scale the luxury travel advisor ecosystem—addressing a long-standing gap in how advisors are developed and positioned for long-term, sustainable growth. Built as both an education platform and a strategic asset, Roadmap reflects Susan’s broader work: helping organizations and individuals turn expertise into scalable, high-performing businesses.

Previously, Susan served as Vice President of Growth Strategy at Global Travel Collection, the luxury subsidiary of Internova Travel Group, where she led company-wide growth strategy and enterprise dealmaking as part of the executive leadership team—closing over 180 deals generating more than $200M in revenue.

Prior to that, she held senior roles across leading luxury travel and lifestyle brands, where she advised on go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and high-touch client acquisition in premium, high-trust markets.

Susan is a sought-after voice on the future of wellness and transformative travel. She has spoken at SXSW in partnership with Robb Report on emerging trends in luxury wellness and human-centered experiences. She serves as an ambassador to the Global Wellness Institute.

Earlier in her career, she built a foundation in health and life sciences working across public relations, marketing, and consultative sales for pharmaceutical and medical device companies—working closely with physicians, surgeons, and key opinion leaders. That experience continues to inform her perspective on wellness, longevity, and the evolving intersection of science, human behavior, and performance.

Today, her work focuses on partnering with organizations to drive thoughtful growth, strategic expansion, and long-term value creation—often through partnerships and new ways of thinking about how businesses scale.

She is based in Santa Barbara, California, after building her career across New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, and continues to maintain deep relationships across those markets.
